The ENA Family Is Growing!
We are delighted to announce that over the course of the last six months the ENA team has grown to include 10 new employees. We are excited to incorporate their expertise, customer focus and individuality into our family and strongly believe that they are going to help us serve you better!
Here is a little insight into each of them. Stephanie Buchanan, a carrier manager who helps develop and maintain strategic relationships with underlying transport providers, says she enjoys working for ENA because of the customer service follow-through: “The weekly meetings to discuss any customer issues, the customer visits to demonstrate our commitment to the account, the product management to ensure we are providing solid solutions to the customers and the technical assistance that I have seen here at ENA is unsurpassed by any organization I’ve been a part of.” Charles May, a field engineer in West Tennessee, enjoys “working with customers who are devoted to teaching students on a daily basis. My job allows teachers and administrators to bring the highest level of learning to their students.” Gabrial Casey, voice engineer, defines customer service as “the difference between getting the job done and doing it well.” Each of these new employees arrives at ENA ready to assist our customers in a way that meets our high standards for customer service. James Denny, customer support engineer, acknowledges this commitment, saying, “At ENA, every customer is a priority regardless of where they are or who they are.” Stephen Klausner of consortium account services asserts that the best way to get to know your customers is to listen and “match their expectations with reality.”
At ENA we are honored to meet your needs and assist you in executing the most important job imaginable—teaching our nation’s children—and we are proud to introduce you to the newest additions to our team! Kathryn Nicol, our brand new client services specialist, hopes that her position here at ENA will “make you feel served, special and skipping away because you’re not just glad to have purchased our products and services, but you understand the secret joy that is ENA.
