ENA provides a fully managed (bundled) Internet access service where each school, library, municipality, or government agency receives high-quality Internet services from ENA. ENA is your single point of accountability and is responsible for end-to-end connectivity from every site to the Internet. This means we procure connectivity for the sites to the Internet, provide any required equipment to connect our network to the sites, and provide help desk and trouble management services. In addition to connectivity and high-speed bandwidth, ENA offers numerous value-added services to every site connected to the ENA network, including differentiated content filtering, E-Rate training and support, robust spam and virus filtering, Web-based email, complete network security and firewall solutions, carrier-class voice and VoIP services, and a world-class support and help desk team.
