ENA’s online customer support tools enhance the support ENA provides to its customers. Technology personnel can log in to a secure, powerful suite of tools anytime to assist in reporting and resolving issues.

Network Availability Monitoring
The Network Monitoring tool displays real-time status of a site’s network, allowing insight into the health of the network at any time, from any place with an Internet connection.

Ticket Tracker
Directly access ENA’s ticketing system in order to view ticket information about issues affecting your site(s). Find out the current status any ticket, including which ENA department owns your ticket and the steps underway to correct the problem. If you have any more information for us, please update the ticket and the ENA engineer will be notified immediately.

Bandwidth Utilization Reporting Tool
This tool allows you to track and monitor aggregate bandwidth usage by site using industry standard metrics. This information assists in troubleshooting, planning future capacity requirements and tracking usage spikes.

Account Management
The Account Management tool allows authorized personnel to maintain account information such as passwords, user details, and creating additional accounts. See our User Guide and Administrator Guide.

The ENA Live User Hub is a customer portal for logging into the solution as well as quick, convenient, one-stop access to helpful resources and tools such as user guides and training videos, a directory of users and the user forum, collaborative classroom opportunities, customer success stories and much more.
