For Education and Libraries

ENA works under the philosophy that our customers' success is our responsibility. We see our job as making your organization more efficient and more productive.

We'll start by evaluating your needs and talking with you about possible solutions in terms you can relate to. Our expert staff makes it easy to understand even the most high-tech projects and the steps necessary to create and implement successful solutions.

ENA offers a wide range of technology-driven solutions and services, but our experience is focused on creating a stable technology platform and then delivering a variety of products and services designed to accelerate and optimize the efficient use of technology within your organization. The goal is not more technology, but efficient, widespread use of the right technology to help your people do what they do best.

Our team is standing by and excited about finding new opportunities to help you succeed.

Tennessee Leads the Way
Founded in 1995, ENA helped implement the first statewide K-12 network in the country in 1996, making Tennessee a model for the nation. The ENA network has continued to grow and now provides service to 132 Tennessee school districts and 1,900 locations.

More than Just Bandwidth
ENA provides connectivity for millions of teachers, administrators and students. But ENA is much more than just Internet bandwidth. ENA provides customers with customized, affordable technology solutions and unmatched customer care, including a statewide field service staff, comprehensive helpdesk and 24-7 proactive network monitoring. ENA's solutions are designed to work for everyone, including non-technical people with limited access to technical support and no time to learn complicated procedures.

Providing Outstanding Value to Tennessee Schools
ENA also works to identify valuable curriculum tools and negotiates consortium purchase opportunities to help lower the price of these technology products for Tennessee schools. Current offerings include netTrekker, a powerful search engine designed for education; Atomic Learning, a web-based software training service; and Gaggle, a secure, monitored, student e-mail solution.
