Florida Health Care Association (FHCA) has a strong history of leadership and advocacy that dates back to 1954. The founding members were passionate about improving care for elder Floridians and recognized that their ability to shape public policy would be greatly enhanced by the creation of a statewide organization that brought together like-minded individuals. FHCA is a federation representing over 82% of the state’s 690 nursing centers. FHCA also offers excellent networking, professional development and continuing education opportunities, all designed to help long term care professionals take their careers to the next level while staying up to date on long term care developments and trends. ENA is a proud associate member of FHCA and exhibits in their annual conference.
