Our intelligent 911 system ensures that emergency personnel are dispatched to the correct physical address, regardless of where within the ENA SmartVoice-served area the caller is located. Additionally, designated staff can be notified immediately via e-mail whenever a 911 call is made. ENA SmartVoice also includes an anonymous call blocking feature that prevents prank calls from reaching staff by rejecting calls with a blocked caller ID.

ENA SmartVoice Design

Choose the feature package(s) that fits your needs!

ENA SmartVoice Prime is so cost effective, it enables customers to deploy fully-hosted Interconnected VoIP extensions in every room providing features such as hold, transfer, visual voicemail, online portal access, click-to-call, and more. This feature package includes 100 off-net minutes per month, unlimited on-net calling, and it can be purchased with or without a telephone number.

ENA SmartVoice Mobile is the ideal package for your “staff members on the go.” ENA SmartVoice Mobile enables users to make and receive calls using their ENA SmartVoice extension with the ENA SmartVoice Go app on their Android or iOS smartphones. Users can also listen to their voicemails, view their call logs, access their contacts, and change their call forwarding settings. This package includes 250 off-net minutes and unlimited on-net calling. This is a truly mobile package as it does not include the use of a desk phone.

ENA SmartVoice Plus is ideal for users who require more minutes and more advanced features, such as support and administrative staff. This package includes all of the ENA SmartVoice Prime features, as well as 500 minutes of off-net usage per month, Find Me/Follow Me technology, directed and group call pickup, monitored extensions, and local call recording.

ENA SmartVoice PlusMobile includes all the features of the ENA SmartVoice Plus package in addition to the ENA SmartVoice Go mobile app. This package is ideal for staff who need a desk phone but also want the flexibility to manage calls remotely through an app on their mobile devices.

ENA SmartVoice PlusOffice includes all of the ENA SmartVoice Plus features as well as the ability to assign the extension on up to six phones, making it the ideal package for routing your main number to appropriate personnel.

ENA SmartVoice Pro includes ENA SmartVoice PlusOffice’s features but also integrates the telephone experience with the user’s computer. Those users in need of the most enhanced features—operators, administrators, technology staff, managers, and directors—can simultaneously forward calls to one or more alternate phone numbers through a convenient web-based interface that can route calls differently depending on the incoming caller ID or time-of-day/day-of-week schedules.

ENA SmartVoice Pro users can also take advantage of our ENA SmartVoice Go app. With ENA SmartVoice Go, users can check their voicemails, view their call logs, access their contacts, change their call forwarding settings, and make and receive calls on their Android or iOS smartphones using their ENA SmartVoice extensions. Using the Call Jump feature in conjunction with the ENA SmartVoice Go app allows users to seamlessly move active calls between their desk phone and smartphone.
