Customer Service Week (the first full week in October) is an international celebration of the importance of customer service and of the people who serve and support customers on a daily basis.
To celebrate, we created ENA’s first comic book, as well as threw a classic pizza party (who doesn’t love a pizza party?)!
At ENA, we pride ourselves on being a world-class service partner to our customers. Our team strives to go to the extra mile to help our customers produce positive outcomes in the communities they serve.
Our CTAC, Customer Technical Assistance Center, works especially hard, resolving 94% of customer challenges on the first call and even reaching out to proactively notify customers of challenges 99% of the time!
We are truly thankful for the real life superheroes on our team that keep our customers up and running!
