ENA Wi-Fi Professional Services

Expert engineering, design, and deployment for robust Wi-Fi solutions.

ENA Wi-Fi Professional Services provides flexible, high-quality wireless networking services for your users while minimizing the engineering burden that designing and deploying such a solution would normally create for you and your staff. ENA’s comprehensive menu of Wi-Fi professional services puts you in control, enabling you to choose the service or combination of services that best fits your network and/or budget needs.

Here’s how the ENA Wi-Fi Professional Services menu works:

Start with a Wi-Fi Assessment to understand your existing wireless network coverage and capacity, perform a gap analysis to identify opportunities for improvement, and provide recommendations to address discovered items. For new wireless networks, start with a Facility Assessment to identify structured cabling requirements to provide wireless service in all desired indoor and outdoor locations.

*Each service option requires the purchase of the preceding service(s) in the menu.

Wi-Fi Assessment

From the assessment, a Wi-Fi design is created—which includes a detailed blueprint of the proposed WLAN—to meet identified requirements for coverage, capacity, user density, and mobility needs. The Wi-Fi design includes specifications for access point (AP) quantity, placement, channel plan, and power plan.*

*Each service option requires the purchase of the preceding service(s) in the menu.

Based on the design, an ENA project manager coordinates network implementation, which includes installation of new fiber and low-voltage copper cabling; AP labeling, mounting and patching; and rack installation of new switches.*

Once implementation is complete, an ENA project manager organizes the activation and validation of the network. An ENA engineer visits the site to configure and activate the WLAN, ensure the RF coverage matches the Wi-Fi design, and perform final validation testing to ensure successful authentication, roaming, and performance of the wireless network.*

*Each service option requires the purchase of the preceding service(s) in the menu.

Wi-Fi Activation

Upon activation and validation, an ENA trainer provides training on the newly-installed WLAN, including system monitoring, configuration, and reporting. Training is offered for various skill levels, including network engineer, facility engineer, and business administrators.*

*Each service option requires the purchase of the preceding service(s) in the menu.
